Project Management Consultant

Under a project management contract an engineering contractor will overlook the EPC Contractors work to ensure compliance with client scope of works. Consultation is provided by us to deliver optimal sol. for transportation and forecasting. We starts the construction management process during the preliminary design stage when project planning milestones are established, construction concepts are developed, and the overall plan is prepared.

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction

EPC term is used for providing end-to-end solar services from designing the system, procuring the components and installing the project. It is a particular form of contracting arrangement used in solar modules installation industries where the Prozeal is made responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner.

We can install a solar plant working on different approaches. The approach is decided on the basis of the client’s needs.

  • EPC – This is the most straightforward form of EPC, where a firm designs the system, procures the equipment and constructs the project. Everything is included in one project and one contract, at the end leaving the client only one bill to pay.
  • E/PC- If the client is not comfortable handling the whole project to one firm, they can choose to keep the engineering in-house and hand over the procurement and construction to a solar EPC firm.
  • EP/C- Another option is to keep engineering in-house and purchase major equipment, then hiring an EPC contractor to purchase minor equipment and construct the installation.
  • E/P/C- We also work as serious micromanagers and hire three different contractors and let them each handle one task.

Process flow

  • After Complete Installation under supervision of experienced supervisors and site executives, Mechanical Testing of all structural and earthing parts is done.
  • Electrical testing of all system parameters according to International Standards is conducted and reports are worked out after confirmation of permissive satisfactory results.
  • Commissioning of Inverters and feeding of Solar Energy into client’s grid is started.

O & M services are technical services required to establish and maintain a specific performance level for a solar energy system.

  • Monitoring of the commissioned solar power plant is required for daily monitoring of generated power remotely from anywhere.
  • This can be done remotely along with the help of various GSM Data Loggers / SCADA systems according to system design.
  • This includes instantaneous Monitoring of ambient temp, solar cell temp, Wind speed, solar irradiation for solar plant’s performance and efficiency check.
  • Weather sensors should be of high accuracy class and with fastest response.
  • System monitoring also provides various pre-defined fault indications remotely for the purpose of plant maintenance.
